My stay at Couvent De La Salette was a delightful experience. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient for me as a traveler in transit. With the nearest airport only 59 km away, it was a breeze to reach the hotel from my flight. The ease of access made my journey much smoother, allowing me to relax and unwind in the peaceful surroundings of the hotel.
If I were to nitpick, the only slight downside I could find during my stay was the limited variety in the breakfast options. While the breakfast was satisfactory, I would have loved to see a bit more variety on the menu.

Stephanie exceeded our expectations with her exceptional service and attention to detail. The price discrepancy was quickly resolved, and we were treated to a complimentary sauna session as compensation. The spa section was absolutely incredible and left us eagerly anticipating our next visit. The elegant and art-filled couvent impressed us, with spacious, minimalist-style rooms and a stunning bathroom featuring a freestanding bathtub. The friendly staff and enjoyable breakfast made our stay even more delightful. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the town and a quick drive to the famous Millau Viaduct. We can't wait to return!

Our stay at Couvent De La Salette was absolutely lovely. Stephanie and her colleague went out of their way to make our stay special, especially when trying to find an open restaurant on a Monday night. The hotel is located in a beautiful setting, surrounded by mountains and near the incredible Tarn gorge. The accommodation is of high quality, and the renovated hotel is simply beautiful. The hosts, Stephanie and Pierre, were amazing and welcoming. The spa section is amazing, and we're looking forward to coming back again.
Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was impeccably refurbished with elegant and cozy rooms. The beds were big and comfortable with soft bed linen. The garden was charming and had a lovely space for relaxation with a swimming pool, hammam, sauna, and jacuzzi. the staff was welcoming and provided a booklet with useful details about the hotel and the local area.
Although everything was perfect during my stay, the breakfast could be more varied for guests who stay for an extended period. a fridge in the room would have been appreciated.
